Can I bring medications in my carry-on?

Yes — and you SHOULD. TSA explicitly allows prescription medications in carry-on bags with no quantity limit. Medically necessary liquids are exempt from the 3.4 oz rule — just declare them at the screening checkpoint. Keeping medications in carry-on is not just allowed, it’s strongly recommended: the cabin is temperature-controlled while the cargo hold is not, and if your checked bag is delayed or lost, you still have your medications with you.

Do I need a doctor’s letter?

For US domestic flights: generally not required by TSA, but helpful for controlled substances and injectables (syringes). For international travel: strongly recommended for all prescription medications and effectively required for controlled substances. The letter should be on the doctor’s letterhead, include your name, the medication name, the dosage, the medical condition, and a statement that the medication is medically necessary. The toolkit provides a template your doctor can customize.

How do I keep insulin cold while flying?

Use a medical-grade insulated pouch with gel ice packs. TSA allows frozen gel packs for medical use — declare them at the checkpoint. In-use insulin pens and vials can be kept at room temperature (below 86°F) for up to 28 days, so many travelers don’t need active cooling for short trips. For longer trips or backup supply: keep in the insulated pouch during transit, request a mini-fridge at the hotel, and never leave insulin in a hot car or checked luggage.

What medications are banned internationally?

Common examples: amphetamine-based ADHD medications (Adderall, Vyvanse) are illegal in Japan, several Middle Eastern countries, and parts of Southeast Asia. Codeine is banned or restricted in Japan, India, UAE, and others. Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) is restricted in Japan and Mexico. Some sleep aids and anti-anxiety medications require import permits. Can I use a pill organizer for travel?

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of product-digital (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
