How do airline rules differ from country rules?

They’re two separate rulebooks that both apply to your flight. Country rules govern what you can bring INTO a country (Australia bans food, Singapore bans chewing gum, UAE has tight medication rules). Airline rules govern what you can bring ON the plane (carry-on dimensions, liquid limits, lithium battery caps, prohibited items like certain sports equipment). You have to satisfy both. What medications are most commonly confiscated at international borders?

The surprising ones: Adderall and many ADHD medications are banned in Japan. Codeine-based painkillers are restricted in UAE and Greece. Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) is banned in Japan and several other countries. CBD products — even legal at home — are illegal in most Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Melatonin is prescription-only in some EU countries. Which countries have the strictest biosecurity rules?

Australia and New Zealand lead the world — they ban virtually all food, plant material, wooden items (including handicrafts), seeds, and even hiking boots that weren’t cleaned. Declaration is mandatory even for chewing gum. Fines reach thousands of dollars. Other strict countries include Singapore (food and plant material), the US (specific agricultural items, meat, dairy), and the EU (meat and dairy from non-EU countries). Can I bring food for personal use?

Depends entirely on the destination and type. Sealed commercially-packaged snacks usually pass most countries. Homemade food, fresh fruit, meat products, and dairy are where travelers get in trouble. Australia and New Zealand: declare everything edible. The US: no fresh produce, meat, or raw dairy from most countries. EU: no meat or dairy from non-EU countries without permits. What’s the deal with lithium batteries and power banks?

Lithium batteries (including power banks, spare camera batteries, and e-bike/e-scooter batteries) must go in carry-on — never checked. Capacity limits: most airlines allow up to 100Wh without restriction, 100-160Wh with airline approval, and ban anything over 160Wh. Power banks are typically measured in mAh — a 20,000 mAh power bank at 3.7V is about 74Wh (allowed). Each airline has slightly different enforcement. Does this cover connection and layover rules?

Yes. Layover rules can be tricky — the rules of the transit country may apply, especially if you clear customs or re-check bags (some routes require both). Example: flying US → Amsterdam → South Africa with checked bags straight through is different from the same route with a 6-hour Amsterdam exit. Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of product-digital (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
