What exactly is REAL ID and why does it matter now?

REAL ID is a federal standard for state-issued identification, created by the REAL ID Act of 2005. It requires enhanced security features and identity verification when you get your license. After years of deadline extensions, enforcement began in May 2025. Now, to pass through TSA for domestic flights, your driver’s license must be REAL ID-compliant (indicated by a star marking) — or you need an alternative federal document like a passport.

How do I know if my license is REAL ID-compliant?

Look at the upper right corner of your license. REAL ID-compliant licenses have a marking — most commonly a gold star, sometimes a black star inside a circle, or a state-specific symbol (California uses a gold bear, for example). If you see NO star and the card says ‘NOT FOR FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION’ or ‘FEDERAL LIMITS APPLY’ — it’s NOT compliant. When in doubt: visit your state’s DMV website or bring an alternative document.

What if I don’t have REAL ID and my flight is tomorrow?

Option 1: Use a US passport or passport card if you have one (even expired less than 5 years for domestic). Option 2: Use military ID, Global Entry card, or any other TSA-accepted federal document. Option 3 (last resort): Arrive 2+ hours early and request TSA Identity Verification. Bring EVERYTHING with your name: expired license, credit cards, insurance card, any government document. TSA can verify identity through database checks — but it takes 15-45 minutes and isn’t guaranteed.

Do children need REAL ID to fly?

No — children under 18 do NOT need identification for domestic flights when traveling with an ID-carrying adult. The child needs a boarding pass. The adult needs valid ID. For unaccompanied minors: airline-specific policies apply, and some require a birth certificate or other documentation. Check with your airline before travel.

Can I use a foreign passport for US domestic flights?

Yes — a valid foreign passport is accepted by TSA for domestic flights within the United States. TSA checks identity documents, not immigration status, at the security checkpoint. This applies to tourists, visa holders, permanent residents, and anyone with a valid foreign passport. Note: separate immigration checkpoints near borders (within 100 miles) operate under different rules.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of product-digital (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Digital products:

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
