Won’t my child just starve if I stop forcing them to eat?

No healthy child will starve themselves. The Division of Responsibility (developed by Ellyn Satter, the gold standard in pediatric feeding) shows that when parents control what’s served and children control how much they eat, kids naturally regulate their intake. Pressure to eat actually reduces the amount children eat long-term. Removing pressure is counterintuitive but it’s the first step to expansion.

My child only eats 5 foods — is this guide enough or do we need therapy?

For most picky eaters (eating 10+ foods with some variety in texture), this guide is sufficient. If your child eats fewer than 10 foods, only accepts one brand, gags or vomits at the sight of new food, or is losing weight — the AI will flag this and recommend a feeding therapy evaluation. What’s a ‘food bridge’ and how does it work?

A food bridge connects a safe food to a new food through tiny, gradual steps. Example: your child eats chicken nuggets → you serve a slightly different brand of nuggets → then homemade breaded chicken → then chicken strips without breading → then baked chicken pieces. Each step is close enough to feel safe but moves toward the target. The AI builds bridges specific to YOUR child’s safe food list.

How is this different from just hiding vegetables in food?

Hiding vegetables teaches your child nothing — they never learn to accept new foods, and when they discover the trick, trust breaks. This plan teaches gradual, willing acceptance through no-pressure exposure. Research shows a child needs 15-30 exposures to a new food before accepting it. Most parents give up after 3-5. The 8-week plan structures those exposures so they happen naturally.

My child might have sensory issues — will this work?

Yes, with adjustments. The AI asks about sensory patterns (texture aversion, gagging, specific preferences for crunchy/smooth/dry) and adjusts the plan accordingly. Sensory-sensitive children need slower progression and more emphasis on the early phases (looking, touching, smelling) before any tasting. Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of product-digital (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Digital products:

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
